I had the pleasure of working with David and his family to replace my flooring that I was having issue with. From the beginning, they were very professional and educated us on the corrwct way that flooring should be installed. I ended up going with a good quality LVP flooring from Provenza and David was able to get me a very good price on the material. It took the team a week to complete the job and instantly I could tell the difference when walking the floors. No more highs and lows that made it seem like I was walking over a path of uneven ground. They were also on top of all the communication with me, never leaving me with unknowns. Jaime and his team did an amazing job with our flooring. When he first arrived to take measurements he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned because we had a big crack in the foundation that needed to be leveled, but Jaime reassured us that they would take care of it. Jaime worked with our budget and was able to meet our quick turnaround time due to needing to move out of our apartment. The team exceeding our expectations. Jaime and David do the utmost excellent quality work that you can hope for in a contractor, but what truly sets them apart is the exceptional communication that you'll receive during the entire process. From concept to design to execution, we were made aware of what was to be expected each and every day. We had an insanely crucial timeline, as we were expecting newborn twins just days before they were scheduled to complete our bathroom remodel, and they both worked so hard to ensure that we met - and exceeded - our expected completion date. We recently had our floor replaced by J&D Flooring and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The team arrived promptly each day and were efficiently to complete the project within an estimated timeframe including added on work that was not on the initial quote. The communication was clear throughout and they addressed any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. The finishing touches were phenomenal. The job site (our home) was left spotless, which we greatly appreciate. We highly recommend J&D Flooring, for their outstanding workmanship, professionalism, and attention to details. Jaime and Johnathan are the absolute best!!! Not only are they extremely friendly, incredibly accommodating and amazing at what they do, but they even came back to my house four days after my original install to replace a piece of flooring on my stair case that the movers damaged when we moved in to our new home! They really are such a great company and blessed us by their hard work and craft!! Thank you for making our first home absolutely perfect!!! I would recommend them to anyone I know and have full confidence that you’re getting the very best every time!
